What got me into fitness/supplements was I was hit by a car which left me in a coma for 1 month & I.C.U on life support for 3 months.Which then left me with a brain injury,1 lung,1 kidney, damaged liver.
On leaving the hospital in a wheelchair I was told it was unlikely I would walk again or at the very least I would need crutches or a stick.So Imade it goal to walk unattended.
As the years passed I piled on 6 stone & my kidney doctor was concerned as my only kidney which is in stage 3 of kidney disease was struggling because of he weight gain.
So I decided to join a gym & get myself a personal trainer to help me lose the weight.I lost the 6 stone in 5 months.
As I more into fitness & health supplements I started to research the supplements like protein, omegas,bcaas,eaas,joint supplements etc & how they could help me & what they did & used for.
I learnt the hard way that cheap protein/supplements are cheap for a reason, they damage your kidney etc instead of helping.
